Overview

Fight Fraud with Erin provides investigative and case review services that require time, analysis, and professional judgment. This policy outlines how refunds are handled.

Payment

Payment is required prior to the start of any investigation or case review service.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Billing errors

  • If a service is canceled before work has begun

Non-Refundable Services

Once work has begun on a case, fees are generally non-refundable.
 

This includes:

  • Initial case reviews once completed

  • Investigations that have been started or completed

  • Time spent reviewing submitted materials
     

Because services are based on time and analysis, results cannot be guaranteed and do not qualify for refunds.

Service Scope

Refunds will not be issued based on:

  • The outcome of an investigation

  • The inability to identify a subject

  • The inability to recover funds or assets
